Player Waiver & Release

By registering for the BallOut Queen of the City Tournament, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I voluntarily choose to participate in this basketball event.
• I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, disability, or property damage.
• I assume all risks associated with my participation.
• I release and hold harmless BallOut Brand LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, officials, and affiliates from any liability arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.
• I certify that I am physically able to participate in competitive basketball.
• I understand that my registration fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by BallOut.
• I grant BallOut permission to photograph and record me during the event and to use those photos and videos for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
• I agree to follow all tournament rules and understand that unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal from the tournament without a refund.
